Approved Motion

In order to protect the values of our properties, I move that we set aside some portion of our landowners association funds to begin legal action against one or more of the worst offenders who break the associations covenants.

Even if it is just the ONE worst offender, we should take some legal action to set a precedent and to send a message to other offenders that the contract they signed is legally binding.
