Please be a good neighbor/visitor and drive slowly, the residences will get less dust and noise and most important no accidents happen. Here it should be possible to hike, bicyle or jog on the roads without being in danger.
We are a residential area and we have a speed limit of 30 Miles!
Indian Springs is not a playground for any kind of motorized vehicles like ATV's and motorcycles.

No shooting and trapping is allowed!

By the way all of the New Mexico State laws do apply on private subdivisions and properties!
